Höveler Original Hay Cobs, 25 kg

The Original Hay Cobs by Höveler are made using high-quality raw materials. The fibres are mown at the optimum cutting time and dried immediately afterwards in a gentle hot air process. They are then pressed to form cobs with a 15 mm diameter.

• Completely free of mould and dust
• Excellent for horses with a sensitive respiratory tract
• Also suitable for feeding through an automatic feeder

Feeding recommendation:

• As a hay substitute feed 0.5 to 1.0 kg hay cobs per 100 kg bodyweight daily
• As roughage replacement feed about 1.5 kg hay cobs per 100 kg body weight daily (e.g. for horses with allergies)

Feeding instructions:
The special processing method means that, after a period of acclimatisation, the Original Hay Cobs can be dry fed to horses that do not eat too quickly and that have functioning teeth.
