The glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) used in STARHORSE® Arthro-Med are derived from food-grade New Zealand Green-Lipped Mussel, ensuring the highest quality standards.

STARHORSE® Arthro-Med provides essential nutrients to maintain the normal function of joint cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. It is designed to support the elasticity and resilience of the musculoskeletal system, helping to replenish the body’s natural supply of GAGs.

It is ideal during periods of increased requirement of GAGs such as during heavy physical work (e.g. competition horses).

STARHORSE® Arthro-Med ensures a targeted supply of glycosaminoglycans while simultaneously providing essential vitamins. To ensure high acceptance and palatability, the formula features an appetising apple and pear flavour. This appetising taste, combined with its fine powder form (rather than traditional pellets), ensures higher acceptance by horses and makes it easier to administer.

NOTE ON QUALITY:
For maximum efficacy, GAGs must be obtained from pure mussel extract. Products consisting solely of mussel powder are inexpensive but lack the nutritional quality to produce a noticeable effect. STARHORSE® Arthro-Med contains only pure mussel extract.
