Waldhausen Health + Care Infrared FlexPad

The Health + Care Infrared FlexPad by Waldhausen offers a state-of-the-art method to support a horse's recovery and well-being through a combination of deep-penetrating infrared heat and vibration. Utilising two specific light spectrums (660 nm and 850 nm), the heat penetrates deep into the tissue to stimulate circulation and specifically activate the metabolism.

The FlexPad can be customised to meet the horse's individual requirements, as the infrared intensity and vibration modes are each separately adjustable across three levels. The temperature spectrum operates within a therapeutically effective range of 38°C to 48°C. Additionally, the vibration assists in loosening the musculature and can be set to operate either continuously or in intervals.

Thanks to the two fastening straps included, the pad is extremely versatile: it can be applied to the legs to support tendons and joints, or used on the sensitive poll area. The specialised hook-and-loop fasteners guarantee a secure hold under tension, yet can be opened in a controlled manner with minimal effort. Whether used to prepare before training or for relaxation after work, the FlexPad is a compact tool for professional recovery management.
