General nutritional knowledge

Magnesium: Stimulates many enzymes in the energy metabolism of the nerve tracts and is therefore necessary for trouble-free stimulus processing. A lack of magnesium can lead to difficulty concentrating and nervousness.

Tryptophan: An essential amino acid, is required for cell protein synthesis and is a precursor of serotonin and niacin. Tryptophan can also help improve the absorption of zinc into the body.

Vitamin B1: also called thiamine, intervenes in the processes of energy metabolism and the transmission of stimuli

Vitamin B2: Is from the group of coenzymes, which are important for the metabolic processes in the cell for carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Thus, vitamin B2 has an influence on energy production, the breakdown of homocysteine and tissue growth.
